By purchasing from us, you agree to all the following terms and conditions. Violation of these policies will result in permanent blacklist and loss of product access.

🧾 . PURCHASE & PAYMENT POLICY

💳 All payments are 100% final and non-refundable.

  Customers are strongly advised to review product previews, descriptions, and compatibility information thoroughly before purchasing.

⛔ No refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be issued after delivery.

🕒 Files or keys will only be released after full payment has been confirmed.

 🚫 Any attempt at chargeback or dispute  will lead to an automatic blacklist.

🔒 . FILE ENCRYPTION & SECURITY

All SURGEMLO packages are fully encrypted and locked to protect our intellectual property.

 Modification, decryption, or attempts to bypass encryption are strictly prohibited.

Files may contain unique digital identifiers to prevent unauthorized sharing or resale.

⚙️ . USAGE RIGHTS

 Each purchase grants one (1) server-use license only, unless otherwise stated.

 Redistribution, resale, or file sharing of any kind (including edited versions) is strictly forbidden.

Do not claim, advertise, or present any SURGEMLO creation as your own work.

Public showcasing (e.g., server trailers, videos) must include visible credit to SURGEMLO.

🧩 . MODIFICATION POLICY 

Decompiling, re-exporting, or structural modifications are prohibited.

Uploading edited versions or “re-releases” will result in permanent blacklist and DMCA enforcement.

📁 . FILE SHARING & LEAK POLICY

 Purchased MLOs are for your personal/server use only.

Sharing, reselling, or leaking files on Discord, forums, or any platform is a serious violation.

Offenders will be permanently blacklisted and reported to partner communities and leak-tracking networks.

🧰 . SUPPORT & UPDATE

Customization or additional edits are not included unless purchased separately.

Updates are provided only to verified customers with proof of purchase.

Any file tampering, encryption bypass, or modification voids all support and updates .

💬 CUSTOMER CONDUCT

Respectful communication is expected at all times.

Harassment, rudeness, or aggressive behavior toward staff will lead to immediate blacklist.

All support inquiries must be made through official SURGEMLO channels only (Discord tickets or email).

Violations of these terms may result in:

Permanent blacklist from SURGEMLO

Revocation of access to all purchased content

DMCA takedown notices

Reporting to FiveM and creator communities
